What is the personality type of Grisp? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Grisp from Danganronpa F Shattered Hope and what is the personality traits.
Grisp personality type is ISFP, and is the only true Independent type (the other two INFJ/INTJ J/P types are also J/P types, but they're often mistaken for INTPs). It's also the only type that has a split in "type philosophy" - one branch being "neurotic" and the other being "masculine", which is the dominant one.
Neurotic Intuition and Sensing types are introverted, while Sensing and Thinking types are extraverted. This means that the introverted ISFPs spend most of their time in their heads, while extraverted ISFPs have to deal with life outside their heads. This is why introverted ISFPs tend to be introspective, and extraverted ISFPs are known for being more socially-oriented. This can lead to some personality variations, like the infamous "shy ISFP" stereotype.
ISFP's have a historically hard time getting along with neurotic INTJ's, which is why there are currently only a handful of INTJ/ISFP relationships.
ISFP in the workplace
ISFP types are usually more interested in expressing themselves through their work than through their personal lives.
