In this appearance, he is referred to as "Mr. Miller". In "Touhou Hisui Surrounded by Flames" , he attempts to join the Hero Association, but is rejected due to his lack of potential.
In the anime, he is voiced by Takehito Koyasu in Japanese and by Michael Sorich in English.
