The ESTP personality type is flexible, practical, and decisive. They are quick to make decisions and are not afraid to take action when they know what to do. ESTPs are usually in things in their own way, but always in a way that they know how to do the job right. They are assertive, often outspoken, and often have a tendency to say what they think. They are not shy when it comes to speaking their mind. They love solving problems, be it in business or personal relationships. ESTPs are also very outgoing, which is not surprising when you consider that ESTPs are generally good at initiating relationships.
