Right, but the majority of people are neither over-sensitive nor under-sensitive. The ISTJ I know is well-balanced, rational, and practical. She's a romantic at heart, but her life is so practical that she can't afford to let her emotions get away from her. She takes her job seriously and tries to do it well, but she's not an obsessive-compulsive perfectionist about it. She's not a super-organized control-freak, either.
The ISTJ I know I'd call 'neat', and she most definitely has those strong qualities of prudence, respect, and stoicism that we all know as ISTJ.
If ISTJs are the 'organizers', ESTJs are the 'drivers'. When it comes to work, they are the 'leaders.' They are the ones who create the vision for the future, who build and manage the organization, who make the decisions, who manage and oversee the work being done. They are the ones who command that work to be done from start to finish.
ESTJs, however, are more than just a leader.
