Sawyer personality type is ENFP, but I've also heard that ENFPs can be pretty stubborn, so I'm so not surprised that you were able to get them to do what you wanted!
I think I struggle with ENFPs because I am so intuitive and need to be able to see the big picture and understand how the pieces fit together. I am a very creative person and my job requires a lot of creativity, but the ENFP part of me is the one that sees the possibilities and the ENFP part of me is the one that does the work. I have been working on it though because sometimes I just need time to let go of my vision and see what's there instead of what I see in my head.
I think ENFPs can sometimes be hard to deal with because they are so creative and imaginative, sometimes because of their difficulty with understanding boundaries. I think it's so important to be clear about what you want and expectations. We want the same thing, just different ways of getting there. It can be hard when we don't agree, but if we can communicate clearly, we can work together.
