MC personality type is INFP, and the other is ENFP. In this case, it is not the type that is more “self-aware” but the opposite. We have a lot of ENFPs in our company. I have been with the ENFPs for a long time, so I have been trying to get them to be more aware of their own personality. I also try to get them to be more aware of the people they are dealing with. When I feel like there is a conflict I try to help them look at their own preferences and try to understand the other person’s preferences, instead of retaliating.
The INFJ’s need to get along with other people is definitely tied to their introversion. They get along very well with other introverts, but they do not like spending time with extroverts. They get along well with extroverts but do not like spending time with them.
The INFJ always needs to be in the company of other people. They cannot handle social situations on their own, though they can go through them if they have to. Getting along with other people is very important for INFJs, because they can use it to process their own thoughts and feelings.
