St. Jimmy personality type is ESTP, which is my type.
Only reason I'm getting so upset about the union is because the whole point of the union is to fight for equal rights. I was actually concerned when it first happened, because I thought that they were forcing everyone into it. I didn't think that it would be good for everyone.
That's one of the biggest issues I have with unionization. I'm not against unions, I just don't like them taking over, especially in this economy. The end game of everything is equality. When you've got two people in a job, or two people in a hospital, or two people in an apartment, you don't want to put them side by side and make them equal. That's not what you want. You want people to be equal, but different. If you make them equal, it's like they're not different anymore. And once you make them equal, you start treating them as the same as the other person, and they start feeling as if they're not as special as the other person. And if they feel as if they're not as special as the other person, they start thinking that they're not as good as that person.
