G-Man personality type is INTJ, the rational, entrepreneurial, and often analytical leader who is suspicious of all things uniformed.

I know this because I am one of the “crazy ENTPs” described by John T. Flannery in his book The ENTP: From Sherlock Holmes to Silicon Valley. Flannery also wrote a great blog post, “Why ENTPs Quit,” that is worth reading for all types except INTJs.
You’re probably wondering why I would be talking about the ENTP personality type, especially since I am an INTJ. My answer is that I am also an ENTP. And I spent many years as an ENTP. When I was first learning about the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), I identified myself as an ENTP. I still do.
I fell in love with the ENTP personality type when I first read about it in a book by David Keirsey titled Please Understand Me: Personality Type and the Enneagram.
