Nihilanth personality type is INTJ, INTJ, INTJ. Everyone's a little bit different, but the core personality type is the same across the board. There are some minor deviations between the different races, but those are the minority.
Your question is valid though - why would you want to change the character's personality? Why would you want to make him an SJW?
I am not sure what you mean by "make him an SJW". I have never used the term "SJW" to describe myself.
I would like him to have a more balanced personality. He is already very introverted, but he also has a very strong sense of duty and honour. I want to make him more out-going and outgoing, but still have a strong sense of duty and honour. I want him to be more prideful in his own skills and knowledge, but still be able to work with others to achieve greater goals.
I think that would make for a much more interesting character, and I like that he is a warrior, but not just any warrior. He is a warrior who has learned from the best and taken on their way of life, especially since the loss of his family.
