What is the personality type of Biscuit? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Biscuit from My Giant Nerd Boyfriend and what is the personality traits.
Biscuit personality type is ESFP, but the Extraverted Subtype is a 4th(!) option in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. They are great at coming up with ideas, but they have difficulty following through on them.
In my book, I discuss some strategies for managing this paradox. In the case of my new clients, I try to recognize that they have a tendency to want to “make things happen” and then set up a system of pre-planning that supports their impulsiveness.
I also try to find a way to focus their energy and attention on a particular task. For example, perhaps this client is a great idea-generator, but he also loves to play computer games. If I can figure out a way to get him to focus on the task at hand, he might be more likely to follow through.
In one situation I worked with a client who had a free-form way of thinking. But when he got stuck on a task, he couldn’t make sense of it. He often said, “this just isn’t making sense to me” and would get frustrated and give up.
