In order to explore his own personality and spiritual consciousness, he did extensive research on the Enneagram, Jungian psychology, and Zen Buddhism, and wrote the book, “Understanding the Enneagram”.
Koorimoto was always fascinated by the human mind, saying that “the human mind is the most mysterious being in nature, and it is always changing.” He performed psychological demonstrations at a university lecture hall without any introduction (as he had been doing all along), and at the end of his lecture he said, “Today’s demonstration was done solely through my own experience. I hope that you can understand my ideas better after thinking about them for a while.”
He said that he planned to continue to research about and demonstrate the Enneagram and Buddhism/Taoism for many years to come.
