Kojiro personality type is ENTP, as proven by his knowledge of the ancient Japanese language and his ability to speak with animals, as well as his "patience" in waiting for his moment to steal the diamond. This is further proven by him leaving the Diamond in the safe where it could be seen. Kojiro's personality is similar to that of Shoto Todoroki from My Hero Academia, or to a lesser extent, Shoto Todoroki from Boku no Hero Academia.
Kojiro's father is the real host of Saitama's body. In the original Japanese version of the manga, Kojiro's father was asked by Saitama to be his part-time body host, much to Kojiro's surprise. In the English dub, his father was asked to be Saitama's part-time body host. In the live-action movie, Kojiro is shown to have a full-time body host who looks exactly like Kojiro.
In one chapter, Saitama stated that he simply wanted a part-time host, which was the reason why he got Kojiro as his body host: he didn't want to be burdened with a permanent host.
