Matt Rife personality type is ESTP, as I have found on my own journey.
I had a ESEP that was a workaholic, a lonely loner, and I finally came to realize that I was a type A extrovert. I could not handle being alone in my room. I then thought to myself, “Self, you are a type A extrovert. This is a good thing. You are going to seek out people and you are going to want to talk to people and be around them, not just your family but people in general and you are going to do this because you are a type A extrovert.”
After I came to this conclusion I started acting differently. I began talking to people, asking questions, and being interested in other people’s lives and stories. I started to grow as a person, but as I was doing this I was also growing as a leader. This was very important for me because I knew that leadership was something that I wanted to focus on when I got older and I wanted to become a professional in the corporate world.
So what do you think happens when an ESTP is placed in a leadership role? They start to act differently.
