Mrs. Griffith personality type is ESFJ, which is extroverted, sensing, feeling and judgment. It's a good mix of all four of the personality types. But, I'm not personally a fan. Mrs. Griffith is a very nice person, but I don't know if she should be a teacher, because she can't work well with others. She's very quiet and polite, which is good, but she's also very stubborn and that isn't necessarily a good quality in a teacher. I personally think the narcissist teacher would make a better teacher because they're more confident and can command a classroom. But Mrs. Griffith is a nice person and a good teacher, so if she's a teacher, I would probably be OK with that. I took a while to figure out why I didn't like Mrs. Griffith. It wasn't until I did a few rounds of the Myers Briggs test that I finally realized why I didn't like her. I don't feel that Mrs. Griffith is an extrovert at all. She's very quiet and doesn't talk much, but she's also very hesitant to come up with ideas and doesn't have a lot of confidence in herself to express them.
