Erratic personality type is ENTP, not INFJ
Millard, whose ENTP personality type is shown by the orange arrow, is an extremely interesting and complex individual. A good deal of what has been written about him over the years has been out of context and, in many cases, it has been erroneous. As a result, a good deal of the public perception of him is based on nothing more than hearsay.
I have attempted to sort out some of this misinformation by doing some research and a little detective work on Millard. My conclusions are in italics below.
Incorrect claims about Millard's personality type
Some people claim that Millard is not an INFJ at all, but is rather an ENTP. In reality, though, Millard is an INFJ and very clearly so.
A wide variety of sources have claimed that Millard, despite his interesting personality and charisma, had a disturbed childhood, was mentally ill and/or had a drug addiction. These claims are without basis in fact. Millard's father was a well-respected surgeon who, by all accounts, was an excellent person. He was also a devout family man who was very supportive of Millard both in his childhood and his adult years.
