What is the personality type of Tea Party Movement? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Tea Party Movement from Significant Organizations and what is the personality traits.
Tea Party Movement personality type is ESTP, and in the run-up to the 2010 Tea Party Movement and in its aftermath, in contrast with the Tea Party Movement’s other personality types, the ESTP personality type has been much more prominent in the Tea Party Movement. This is not surprising inasmuch as the Tea Party Movement itself is a grand ESTP movement.
It is also not surprising that such a grand ESTP movement would be associated with such a grand ESTP personality type. As we showed in chapter 3, ESTPs are excellent at organizing and mobilizing people to action. They are often found in leadership roles in such movements, and indeed, many of the Tea Party Movement’s most prominent leaders were ESTPs.
