Isabella personality type is ENFJ, so there's not much I can say about this, but I have a friend who is an Isabella personality type and she is very good friends with another Isabella personality type, so I can sure say that they are very close.
I must say that getting into an argument with an Isabella doesn't end well. It's like getting into an argument with a huge puppy. You really want to like them, but you end up having to tell them to go away.
