Naturalist personality type is ISFP, with a score of 83. The results of the full four-factor personality test with all 16,000 items has not yet been published, so we have not yet determined whether ISFPs are more than just ornithologists.
However, it is a shame that, given this field's high profile, we have not been able to get a definitive answer. ISFPs and other ISFJs would like to see research into this question, so that we can know for sure whether ISFPs are uniquely drawn to birds in particular.
