Because of this, they tend to be more reserved in social settings, and they don’t like to initiate conversation very often. They also don’t like taking criticism, and they will become upset over it.
When it comes to the workplace, ENFJs are extremely effective in team environments because they are able to influence others and get things done in a way that is most suitable for the situation at hand. However, when it comes to managing their own work and projects, they can become overwhelmed and frustrated by the amount of work that is required of them.
It is this frustration that causes them to become more reserved in social settings and more critical of others.
