Jamie Scott personality type is ESFJ, the Empath Social (or People Pleaser) who is often described as being the glue that holds their family together. In my experience, this ESFJ is always helpful and caring, but very insecure and is often trying to please others without really knowing how they feel. In addition to being very kind and giving of their time, they are also very empathic and sensitive to other people's emotions. ESFJs don't tend to be confrontational or in-your-face, but they do often have their own thoughts and opinions and will let other people know about them. This is not to say that ESFJs are cold-hearted or that they don't care about other people; rather, they are more likely to be quiet and to listen than to talk. They are very concerned with the feelings of others, especially those of their family members. ESFJs are usually extremely caring and loyal, making them the best choice for a family, friend, or work colleague.
