Synergy personality type is INFJ, the “Guardian” type. INFJs are the hardest to understand of all the Myers-Briggs types. “Guardians” are those whose primary function is to “guard” or protect. Their primary mode of living is in the present, and they prefer things to be a certain way and not-to-be-changed. They do not like conflict and will be loyal to their friends and family. Guardians can seem very quiet and reserved because they don’t like conflict and will not speak up if they don’t feel it is necessary. Guardians are sympathetic and empathetic, but they can be very private and sensitive. They will protect their loved ones from hurt and hurt others with kindness, but they also have a tendency to take things too personally and hold grudges. Guardians will appear to be strong and confident, but they need time alone to recharge. INFJs are the most philosophical of all the types and they can be very insightful and contemplative individuals. INFJs are often very artistic and may have a great deal of talent in this area. INFJs love helping others and will often put their own feelings aside for the good of others.
