Childhood
Turlough was born in the Year 10 of the Gallifreyan Calendar to a Draconian father, an Andromedan mother, and a human mother. As a child, he had a tendency to wander off during his childhood. He was eventually found by a group of humans led by John Lumic (whom he thought was his father). He was intended to be used for their experiments, but due to his intelligence, they rejected him after they learned that he did not want to be used for them.
