They are also likely to be the most well-known and well-liked of them all. The Diplomat seeks to bring people together and to share in their triumphs and tragedies. They are highly motivated and able to achieve great things with the right guidance and support. Like with any type, it is important to be aware of your strengths and weaknesses early on in your career. These people are very good at making sure their weaknesses do not affect their work or relationships too much, but they can struggle with managing their emotions, especially if they feel they are not getting the support they need. Like with the INFJ, you may find that you struggle with understanding how your emotions affect others. With the Diplomat, this difficulty is exacerbated by the fact that they have so many strong emotions.
