『Cheap Trick』 personality type is ENTP, which is a rare personality type. I had a hard time with that one because I’m not a people person. I was a bit shocked that my type was ENTP, but it made sense.
What is one thing you wish you knew before you started working as a gamer journalist?
That first week I was at E3 was the most terrifying week of my life. I was so terrified of making a mistake and screwing up so badly, and I didn’t know what to do. So many times, I said to myself “Just do your best and don’t be afraid to try” and I think that was the most helpful advice anyone could have given me.
I ended up having a great time and it was an amazing experience that I wouldn’t trade for the world. Now that I’ve experienced that and know what to expect, I can work harder and be more confident.
What is your favorite part about your job?
The best part about my job is seeing people’s reactions when they realize you know what you’re talking about.
