Foster was transfered to another school, and he used his newfound freedom to hang out with the popular kids. This led to him getting into trouble with the police, and he wound up in juvenile detention.
When he got out, his mother kicked him out of the house, and he found himself living at a friend's house.
Foster enlisted in the Navy when he was accepted to Officer Candidate School (OCS), and he was stationed in San Diego for much of his time in the Navy. Like the majority of military personnel, Foster had no social life or friends because he had to be in constant training.
He was stationed at his home base in San Diego, but he was assigned to other bases. He was transferred to Guam for six months, then to Hawaii for another six months, then back to San Diego for another six months.
