I feel like we need to break down these personality types a bit more. ESFJ – Extraversion, Sensing, Feeling, Judging – the “facilitating” types. Going with our example: ESFJs are the people who make the big decisions and direct the flow of information and flow of energy in an organization. They are usually the ones who make the big deals with clients, set deadlines for employees, and are usually the ones who are able to get the job done. ESFJs are usually the people who run the day-to-day operations in an organization, and are the ones in charge of making sure things are running smoothly.
SSFJ is Introversion, Sensing, Feeling, Judging. SSFJs are the “facilitators” in an organization, they are usually the ones who are able to get people working in unison to get things done. I’m throwing in Introversion because I think it’s important to note. When the situation calls for it, Introverts can be very outgoing and can be very effective in leading groups of people, but they have their own strengths.
