Alvvays personality type is INFP, and they’re known for being quirky and sensitive; always having a lot of one-liners and jokes. Alison’s lyrics are especially poetic and beautifully written.
Alvvays’ music is also very unique and different from anything else, though it sounds like they definitely got their inspiration from older artists such as The Smiths and The Cure; but there’s also a lot of 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s influence in the band.
The band’s sound is very calming and beautiful. They’re very good musicians and the music is very well produced and mixed. I’m not too into the kind of music that they play, but I have to say that their songs are very catchy.
Anyway, I also really like the band’s new album as well as the old album. I think that both albums are truly amazing. I just love the songs on the new album the most, but I love all of the songs on the band’s old album as well.
I think that their songwriting is also amazing, and I also really love their sound.
