INFJs tend to be sensitive to people who are in charge of them, and they may sometimes be resentful of those leaders. INFJs may sometimes behave as though they are doing their best to rebel against those leaders, but in truth they are doing their best to please those leaders. It is not the leader who is the problem; it is the structure that the leader has established for the group.
As an INFJ grows and develops, he or she will begin to realize that these structures and the roles they assign to others are artificial and unhealthy. INFJs may simultaneously recognize that these structures and roles benefit their group and recognize that they do not benefit themselves.
