Big Time Rush personality type is ENTP, and I suspect that the other members of the group fit this type as well.
Most of the other members of Big Time Rush could be described as introverted, but Kendall is arguably one of the best examples of an extroverted Se Ti. He has a very outgoing personality, and is all about the party. He hosts a variety of different parties throughout the season, and even gets his own room at the hotel for his own personal hangout. This room is where he spends most of his free time, and where he meets most of the other cast members. He also has a lot of fun with his friends and family, and although he is very social and friendly, he isn't completely superficial and doesn't give into peer pressure. He is honest and upfront about his feelings, and although he can be childish, he isn't mean-spirited about it.
Kendall's Ti is also very well developed, and although it can be argued that his Ti is secondary to his Ni, he definitely has the Ti trait well defined. Kendall loves to get ideas from others, but he has a variety of different interests, so he can keep himself entertained without spending too much time in his room.
