Duman personality type is INFP, but I was an INFJ, so I was one of the few INFJs with a Duman personality type. INFJs are known for having intense emotions, and it’s pretty common for them to get overwhelmed by their feelings. This is something I struggled with, especially when I was in high school. My emotions could be so overwhelming that I would break down in tears if things weren’t going as planned. This pattern is something I’ve been aware of since I was 10 years old, so I knew it was a problem.
I’ve learned from my mistakes, and I’ve noticed that I have a tendency to get overly emotional. This is something that’s always been a problem for me, and it’s something I’ve worked on to overcome the past few years. The problem is that my emotions are so intense that it can be difficult for me to feel empathy. My emotions are so strong, that it can be difficult for me to understand other people’s emotions. This can be especially bad when it comes to understanding other people’s emotions through nonverbal communication.
