ERRA personality type is INTJ, then that makes me an INTJ INFJ, or the rarest of the rare, which is INFJ. And I'm not just some "blogging INFJ" who just happens to have some extra powers of persuasion. I am INFJ.
I have a particular way of looking at things. There's a lot of things I can see but not all of them. One of the things I can't see is whether or not people are being authentic with each other. It's not easy to tell someone else your deepest, darkest secrets. I live and die by what I know to be true, so it's difficult for me to discern when people are being genuine and sincere, and when they're just blowing smoke and trying to get me to buy something so they can get a commission. But I've gotten pretty good at it over the years.
