    ISFP (9w8)

Foo Fighters personality type is ISFP, which is an Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving type. That is to say, ISFPs are introverts who like to process information with their senses (hearing, seeing, touching) and then feel their way through the possibilities. ISFPs go with their gut instinct and then process what they feel internally.

ISFPs are often quite quiet and reserved, but they are also highly creative and artistic. They like to take in the world with their eyes and ears, and then they want to express themselves creatively. Foos are highly perceptive, which seems to make them more sensitive to the feelings of others. For this reason, they might even be more likely to identify with another person. They are often aware of how other people feel, and they often want to help others, even when it might not seem like their job.

ISFPs can be hard-working and tenacious, especially when they are in the right mood. When these folks are in that right mood, they can be both creative and productive. Much of what ISFPs do is done with their intuition, so it’s important for them to let their intuition guide them when they are in this creative mood.

Foo Fighters is an American rock band formed in Seattle, Washington in 1994. It was founded by former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl as a one-man project following the dissolution of Nirvana after the suicide of Kurt Cobain. The group took its name from "Foo fighter", a nickname coined by Allied aircraft pilots for UFOs and other aerial phenomena. Over the course of their career, Foo Fighters have won 12 Grammy Awards, including Best Rock Album four times. The band has also won an American Music Award, four Brit Awards, and two MTV Video Music Awards.

Foo Fighters have been described as grunge, alternative rock, post-grunge, and hard rock. They were initially compared to Grohl's previous group, Nirvana. Grohl acknowledged that Kurt Cobain was an influence on his songwriting: "Through Kurt, I saw the beauty of minimalism and the importance of music that's stripped down."
