IKON personality type is INFP, meaning they are idealists. I made a mistake in my case, because I was never able to see the beauty of the ideals I was working towards. I stayed too close to my ideals. I failed to see the reasons why my ideals were necessary.
When I was in university, I felt lonely. I felt disconnected from everyone I knew. The only people who were really around me were my friends, and I didn’t feel like they understood who I was.
I saw the beauty of the world in the ideals that my friends held. My friends would always talk about how they were going to go to the beach, buy a surfboard, learn how to surf, and go to college together. They would talk about how they would make money, buy a house, and have long lasting relationships. These were things that I wanted to do in my life, but they didn’t make sense in my case. They didn’t make sense for a person who was a quiet individual who had a hard time talking to people on a regular basis.
I never had the guts to say anything to my friends about this.
