The ENTP is an INTP, which reflects Holmes’s brilliant, logical mind. The INTP has a dual preference for extraverted thinking and introverted intuition. The INTP has two functions, Si and Ti. Si is the dominant secondary function of the Holmes type. This gives the Holmes type extraverted thinking, which is called Thinking or Se, and introverted intuition, which is called Ti. The Holmes type would be able to solve any mystery.
There are two ways to classify the Holmes type, according to how these functions combine: Se and Ti, and Ni and Fe. The Holmes type is a Se/Ti type if it uses both introverted Si and extraverted Te. The Holmes type is a Ni/Fe type if it uses both introverted Ne and extraverted Fi. (Ni and Fe go in opposite directions.)
