Lycia personality type is INFJ, the rarest type in the world (1 in every 1,000 people). I was curious to see what would happen if I took that personality type and tossed it into a work environment. What if I took that extra drive, those unique insights and put them to work? What would happen? Would it be successful? Would the INFJ thrive or fail?
I wanted to know if INFJs could succeed in a “gig economy” or if they were better suited to traditional employment. I wanted to know how they would handle being managed and micromanaged, or if they were the ones who were in control. I wanted to know how they would respond to being bullied or belittled, or if they would just let it roll off their backs. I wanted to know how they would handle being underpaid or overworked.
