Minus The Bear personality type is ISFP, and my personality is ISTP. I guess my personality is kind of like a mix between the two, and that's why my personality is so complicated. I guess we're just all the same but we just express ourselves differently.
S: So is there a lot of action in your life?
M: Well, like with any job I guess there is a bit of action. I'm really into action sports as well as running, as well as writing and music and lots of different things. So there's lots of action in my life.
S: So you own a record label, what do you know about that?
M: Well I'm into music and I wanted to start my own label and I wanted to put out my own music and I started a label called Little Record Label. It's still not up and running but it's really early on and we're still setting up the whole deal. So hopefully pretty soon.
S: Okay, you mentioned you're into action sports, are you into snowboarding?
M: Well I started snowboarding when I was 10 years old. I grew up in Colorado so I've been snowboarding for about 20-25 years now.
