Portishead personality type is INFP, not ENFP.
The British band Portishead was formed in 1997. They are a trip hop / psych-rock band, although they have a reputation (beyond their own fan base) of being “abstract” and “unexplainable.” An INFP is one of the rarest personality types, and they are even rarer in bands. Portishead is also one of the few bands that I have found that has an INFP frontman. The INFP as a personality type is, for all intents and purposes, a “lost” type. As an INFP myself, I understand that having to describe themselves may be a struggle for INFPs, so I’m going to do my best to explain who they are.
1) INFPs are creative visionaries.
INFPs have a strong imagination, and they live in their own world of dreams and ideas, which they develop and expand on. The source of most of their ideas comes from dreams, daydreams, and fantasies, and these are the things that spark their creativity. They love to explore and travel, and all of their travels manifest into their music.
