SALEM personality type is ISTP, it is a good idea to slow down a bit and reflect on your actions before you make any big changes. INTPs are very independent, and they may think it is a good idea to implement such changes on the spur of the moment. As ISTPs, we’d rather be able to prepare for such changes, and take our time in making such changes. Instead of impulsively changing things, we need to really work out the pros and cons of such changes.
We need to be able to see the potential benefits and the potential sources of negative side-effects of such changes. The latter is easier said than done in many cases, and we do tend to be less reflective than others in this respect.
If we do decide to make changes, we can usually expect to have a host of associated problems. If we decide to change something that affects our relationships or our career, then we can expect that such changes may not go over well with family and friends.
The ISTP does not like change for change’s sake. There is a reason why we may set out to do something, and we would want it to be a good one.
