Savatage personality type is ISFP, and it is an old story that I've been telling my whole life ever since I can first remember.
I've been told that I was born to play the violin, and I have to agree. It was just one of those things. I've been told I was born to be a violinist and born to be a musician and even a composer, but I will always say I was born to be a violinist. I had a teacher when I was in second grade that was an amazing violin teacher, and he was a very famous person in the world of classical music. He had won many awards and he was a very well-known man, and he wanted me so badly to play the violin. I could just see his eyes light up when I played the violin.
I think that's probably why it was a little bit more than that for me. It wasn't like I had a choice. It's not like I didn't want to be a violinist. But by some strange twist of fate, the universe decided that I was supposed to be the violinist - no matter what.
Savatage is an American heavy metal band founded by brothers Jon and Criss Oliva in 1979 at Astro Skate in Tarpon Springs, Florida. The band was first called Avatar, but, shortly before the release of their debut album Sirens, they changed their name to Savatage as Avatar was already taken by another band.
