ENFP vs ENTP: What Are the Differences?

Actually, the most glaring difference between ENFP and ENTP types is that ENFPs are more idealistic than their counterparts. This is not to say that they are naïve, but their yearning for meaning, for living authentically, and for expressing themselves fully is a driving force. ENTPs, on the other hand, are more materialistic and practical. The ENFP approach to life can be called "holistic," whereas the ENTP's approach is "analytical." ENFPs tend to see a situation from a global perspective, rather than a local one. For example, they may see a car accident from a holistic point of view, as opposed to an ENTP who would approach it from a practical point of view. In everyday life, the ENFP's understanding of totality may be a disadvantage, but can also make them seem more authentic.

That said, both types have a strong sense of values and ethics. They are both very open-minded and kind-hearted.
