Nightstar personality type is ISFJ, the Protector. ISFPs are often repressed by their own inferior Fe, so they are often quite submissive, especially if their Fi is leading them to become submissive to their service to others. They are often wonderful caregivers, but they can also be quite willing to give up their own needs and their own identity, which is why it’s so important for them to “find themselves” and develop their own sense of identity and uniqueness.
ISFJs need to work on:
1) Developing a greater sense of self and personal identity. They tend to be quite self-effacing and self-sacrificing, and they can’t stand it when others don’t treat them as the center of the universe. They may try to take on the role of “soother” for those around them who need it (which they will do willingly and happily if they think it will help them feel accepted). But they need to learn to enjoy their own positive qualities and take pride in them instead of feeling like they need to share them with others.
2) Learning to let go of things and people they don’t actually need or want.
