If you want to be a good person, you'll subvert their clique, befriend the outsiders, and get them to like you.
This also adds more variety to the group.
I can certainly see why people like this more than just the "stay in" mentality, but that's my opinion. I would love to see more personalities that can be added to the game, but it's really up to the people who are creating this game.
Anyway, I think overall this is a great idea, but I'm not sure if it's worth creating a whole game just for this personality type. I guess it's up to the creators to decide.
