Fabio (Junior MasterChef 1) personality type is ESFP, but he is also a 16-year-old dude. I have to give him some slack for being so young, though, so I would go with the more "energized" version of the type. I think it's fair to call him a "natural" entertainer, and I think it's also fair to call him a "natural" writer. He presents himself and his ideas in a way that's very entertaining, and he has an affinity for the written word. He's funny and he has a good sense of humor, but he's also confident enough to express his humor in a way that doesn't offend anyone (he's also funny when he's not trying to be funny). And I think that's a pretty accurate description of his overall character.
