This is why they like to process everything and then just do what they think is best. This means that they tend to get overwhelmed and stressed out. ISTJs do not like to be rushed and feel like their time is important and that they should not be interrupted. This is why they tend to become frustrated and upset when things don't go the way they planned. They get very angry and upset when their plans don't go the way they want them to.
