Konnosuke personality type is ENFP, which is a Perceiving Judging preference.
I can certainly see how the other two personality types would find him hard to deal with. His attitude, impulsiveness and lack of patience would be very difficult to adapt to. I can’t say I’m too surprised he’d have a hard time with the other three.
The other four characters are also ENFPs, which is why they ended up like this.
I’m not sure which one of them is the most dependable, though.

The only one I remember the most is Shizuru. I don’t think she says much and that’s because she doesn’t want to say anything. She really doesn’t. She’s just kind of there and that’s it. She’s my favourite character in the series, though.
