Paulo personality type is ISTP, or Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Perceiving. ISTP is the third of our four personality types, after ISFP and ISFJ, or Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging.
ISTPs are natural-born leaders. They are direct in their approach, clear in their communication style, and courageous in their convictions. They are highly independent people, who are self-starters, and are often found at the helm or in the most creative role in most situations. They are usually gregarious, outspoken, and witty.
To understand how ISTPs work with innovation, let’s take a look at their dominant function. ISTPs’ dominant function is Extraverted Intuition (Ne). Intuition is the rational part of the intellect, which evaluates information in a creative way. I’ll explain this further in the next section.
ISTPs are insightful people who are natural-born innovators. Their creative thinking can’t be stopped once they have started it. They don’t need to plan everything out in advance. They just jump into action, and they just keep going.
