The answer to this question can be found by asking the same question with regard to all of the narcissists the narcissist knows personally: "Does the narcissist's family know that he is a narcissist?"
The answer to this question will be found by asking the same question with regard to all of the narcissists that the narcissistic knows personally: "Does the narcissist know that he knows?" It is obvious that no one knows if they are a narcissist. No one knows if they are anything.
