They are highly capable of breaking down any situation or situation into its component elements and deconstructing it through logic. As a result, they are very good at figuring out what needs to be done to fix a problem, but they may have a hard time motivating others to do so.

They have a very intense drive to know the truth about something, and will usually go to extremes if they feel that something is not being adequately explained.

They need a lot of room to work out their thoughts, and they need time to come up with an answer before they can truly accept it. They also tend not to like to present their ideas unless they have been fully tested and thoroughly researched.
