ESFPs are great friends because they always have a story to tell about what they've been doing. They love to laugh and make others laugh.
I know a few ESFPs who are very comfortable talking about their emotions and experiences, but they also know how to keep a secret. I'm not sure if I would say those ESFPs are introverted or extroverted, though.
