Primus personality type is ISTJ, and I, a pure INFJ, is not a little bit ISTJ, but very much so. Some people can have a bit of the dominator in them, and it's not necessarily a bad thing. But I would like to think that my personality is gentler than that, and more conciliatory, and actually quite less selfish, though I am quite capable of selfishness.
I think my preference is to be in the company of people who are more like me. When I was younger, this meant being in the company of INFJs. I still am of the same mind. However, more recently I have found myself in the company of ENTJ types, and I find that they are more like me.
ENTJ types are often called "the CEO" type, and this really does describe them quite well. They tend to be the "head of the company," rather than the "body" type. They are often very organized and efficient, and very good at managing things. They are also very good at getting things done. ENTJs tend to be very good leaders, and I've seen many a leader emerge from this type. They are often quite good at delegating tasks to subordinates.
